Refund and Returns Policy

At Hirantelecom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and how we can help.


Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 3 Days or 72 Hours of receipt of your order for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is not damaged or altered in any way.
  • You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Please note that certain products, such as snacks and sweets, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons once opened.


How to Return an Item

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hirantelecom8945@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

You may be asked to provide Photographs + Video of the damaged item to assist us in processing your claim.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Snacks & Sweets: For health and safety reasons, once opened, these items cannot be returned.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Any items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Return and Refund policy
Return

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
