- The product is not damaged or altered in any way.
- You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Please note that certain products, such as snacks and sweets, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons once opened.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hirantelecom8945@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
You may be asked to provide Photographs + Video of the damaged item to assist us in processing your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Snacks & Sweets: For health and safety reasons, once opened, these items cannot be returned.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Any items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale and not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
